Elementa Nova Free Creator License
Version 1.0, September 30, 2026. This is the English translation. The German version is the controlling version.
In short
You may use every track by Elementa Nova Music for free in your own videos, Reels, streams, podcasts, and courses, also for business and also if you earn money with them. Forever, worldwide, no sign-up. You may not pass the music on as music, sell it, remix it, or register it with Content ID. Credit is not required, but I appreciate it. I do not register my music with any recognition system, and if a platform reacts by mistake anyway, I help you. The details are below.
1. Licensor
Natalie Pikul, c/o COCENTER, Koppoldstr. 1, 86551 Aichach, Germany, under the artist name “Elementa Nova Music” (“I,” “me”). Contact: info@nataliepikul.de.
2. Tracks covered
This license covers all tracks I release under the name Elementa Nova Music and list at nataliepikul.de/en/music/ (“Tracks”), including the instrumental and short versions I offer.
3. What you may do
I grant you, free of charge, a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, non-transferable right to combine the Tracks with your own content and to publish that content, to the extent I hold rights in the Tracks. This includes in particular:
- videos of any length, including long-form YouTube videos, as well as Reels, Shorts, TikToks, Stories, livestreams, and podcasts on any platform,
- online courses, presentations, websites, and screenings of videos at events,
- commercial use, monetized channels, and posts by companies and brands,
- cutting, looping, fading, and adjusting the volume.
Agencies and service providers may use the Tracks for a specific project of their client. The right then applies to that client.
Paid advertising, television, radio, cinema, apps, video games, and use as a jingle, signature tune, or sound logo are not covered. For these, a Brand License is available on request (info@nataliepikul.de).
4. Credit
Credit is not required, but I appreciate it, for example: “Music: [Title] by Elementa Nova Music.” A credit also helps you if a platform reacts by mistake.
5. What you may not do
- pass on, sell, or provide the Tracks as music, for example as audio files, in music collections, sample packs, and stock or sound libraries,
- release the Tracks on streaming or download services, also as a remix, loop, sped-up or slowed-down version or with minor edits, and also not as a video that essentially consists only of the Track and a still image,
- remix, sample, mash up, or rework the Tracks into a new musical work (cutting, looping, fading, and adjusting the volume for your video is fine),
- register the Tracks, or content containing them, with YouTube Content ID, Meta Rights Manager, TikTok Music ID, or any other recognition system, or with a collecting society,
- present yourself as author, composer, lyricist, or producer of the Tracks,
- use the Tracks to train, fine-tune, or test AI systems or for text and data mining,
- remove embedded metadata or labels,
- use the Tracks in content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or pornographic, that glorifies violence, that promotes political parties, or that is misleading, or in unlabeled deepfakes of real people.
6. AI notice
The Tracks were created with the help of artificial intelligence. Lyrics were written by me where stated. You are responsible for labeling your own content where required (for example platform rules, the EU AI Act, advertising law).
7. Honest legal note
Under current law, music created with AI may not be protected by copyright. I therefore grant you the rights to the extent they exist, in particular in my lyrics. Regardless of this, I commit not to assert any claims against use within this license, not to send you legal warnings, and not to trigger claims through recognition systems.
8. Claims and help
I do not register the Tracks with any recognition system. Platforms may still react automatically, for example if a Track is in their own music library or a third party has registered a similar track. If that happens, write to me. I will issue a license certificate and help you with your dispute. I cannot guarantee that a platform accepts the dispute. I am not a member of GEMA or any other collecting society.
9. Changes and termination
I may change or end this license at any time for future downloads and future releases. Content you published under this license before may stay online. If you breach this license, your rights end automatically.
10. Liability
The Tracks are provided free of charge, “as is,” and without warranty of any kind. I am only liable for intent and gross negligence, for fraudulently concealed defects of title, for injury to life, body, or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. I do not indemnify you against third-party claims.
11. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In case of differences, the German version prevails.
